Terms And Conditions

We will require a valid credit card number or a deposit to confirm your booking.  Note, any
remaining balance will be debited upon arrival , unless you cancel your booking.

In the case of amendment or cancellation by you, the following fees will be charged to the
card for each room booked:

From booking until 7 days before arrival date: £25 cancellation charge.

Within 7 days of arrival date: One night's stay becomes payable.

Within 2 days of arrival date or in the case of a "no show": Full amount of booked
stay becomes payable.

 

We reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events,
bank holidays and busy periods. You will be advised of any variations upon booking.
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover any amendment or
cancellation charges.

If a card is not being used the full amount due should be paid in cash upon arrival.

Standard Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) and no later than 8pm (20.00). If you will be arriving
earlier or later than this please notify us beforehand.

Check out is by 10.00am. An extended checkout may be available by arrangement. 

Old Drynie House is a non-smoking house – Ashtrays are situated outside for guest use.
An additional night's stay will be charged to any guest who smokes in one of the rooms.

Pets are allowed at Old Drynie House under arrangement, there is plenty of space for your
animals to play.
